Clippers Snap Celtics' 8-Game Winning Streak

LA's George, Leonard Lead Charge in 116-110 Victory

Jayson Tatum's 29 Points Not Enough for Boston

The Los Angeles Clippers put an end to the Boston Celtics' impressive eight-game winning streak on Monday night, defeating them 116-110 at the TD Garden in Boston.

Paul George led the way for the Clippers with 26 points, while Kawhi Leonard added 25 points and nine rebounds. Jayson Tatum had a strong performance for the Celtics with 29 points and 11 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to secure the victory.

The Clippers took control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring the Celtics 33-21. George and Leonard were both instrumental in the surge, combining for 18 points in the period.

The Celtics fought back in the fourth quarter, but the Clippers were able to hold on for the victory. George hit a key three-pointer with just over two minutes remaining to give the Clippers a five-point lead.

With the win, the Clippers improved to 17-14 on the season, while the Celtics fell to 22-10.
