Bellator MMA Returns to Paris
Accor Arena to Host Event on May 12
Bellator MMA is returning to France for its third event in Paris on May 12.
The main event of the evening will feature former Bellator welterweight champion Gegard Mousasi taking on former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida.
Also on the card, French MMA pioneer Cheick Kongo will face off against undefeated heavyweight prospect Fabrice Auvin.
Bellator MMA last held an event in Paris in October 2019. The event was a success, with over 10,000 fans in attendance.
Bellator MMA is hoping to build on that success with its return to Paris in May. The company is confident that the event will be another sellout.
"We are very excited to be returning to Paris," said Bellator president Scott Coker. "France is a hotbed for MMA, and we know that our fans there are going to be excited to see our world-class fighters in action."
Tickets for Bellator MMA Paris will go on sale on Friday, February 17. Fans can purchase tickets at Accor Arena's website or through Ticketmaster.
The return of Bellator MMA to Paris is a major event for the sport of MMA in France. The event will showcase some of the world's best fighters and is sure to be a thrilling night of action.
